About this printer resource

TestMyInk is an independent collection of free browser-printable patterns and general troubleshooting guides. Its purpose is to help you make a useful first comparison when printed documents look wrong.

What the tools do

The patterns give you consistent colour areas, grayscale detail, lines and text to inspect on paper. Printing is handled by your browser and device. There is no document-upload step, and the tools cannot read ink levels, clean printheads or change printer settings.

How to use the guidance

The guides explain general comparisons and point to official documentation where relevant. They are not a substitute for instructions for your exact model. These original patterns have not been certified against every printer, and the guides do not claim hands-on testing of specific models.
