This notice explains how TestMyInk handles information when you use testmyink.com.
Information handled
The printer-test tool runs in your browser. It does not upload the document you print. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser information, requested page, date and time for delivery, reliability and security.
When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide so we can respond.
Cookies, analytics and consent
TestMyInk uses Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Allow analytics. Before that choice, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google.
After consent, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are visited, approximate location, browser and device information, referring sources, scrolling, outbound-link clicks, and use of the print or PDF buttons. Do not enter personal or sensitive information into a page address.
Google Analytics may store identifiers such as the _ga cookie after consent. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. Select Analytics choices at the bottom of any page to change your decision. Declining analytics does not affect the printer tools.
Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled. TestMyInk does not currently display advertising. Google processes analytics information as our service provider and may process it outside the United Kingdom. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and information about safeguarding Analytics data.
Sharing and retention
Hosting information is processed by our hosting provider as needed to operate and protect the site. We do not sell personal information. Logs and correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, operation and communication, subject to the provider’s retention settings and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask about personal information you have sent directly to us, or request a correction or deletion where applicable. Email abdulahsu1997@gmail.com. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.
